fall poem

prazeres mid e palácios embora nós podemos vaguear
cão do gingham e o gato do calico
de repente, fora das maneiras escuras e frondosas
quem ama a chuva
o ar é como uma borboleta
poderíamos nós mas para saber
flor branca da espuma, flor vermelha da flama
diga-me não
talvez
era uma beleza nos dias
sob a folha dusky do laurel
quando eu retornei no por do sol
