os drowses pálidos do dia no ocidental embebem
todos quiet ao longo do potomac
em algum lugar eu li um tale estranho, velho, oxidado
homem frio stern
eu não posso dizê-lo agora
eu disse, mim fechei meu coração
composto do loveliness sozinho
mundo que muda sob minha mão
sobre o rio beckon a mim
